Extract the files (Odin, CWM Recovery,  SuperSu V1.80) from the download link given below

Flash your device with Odin to have CWM Recovery Mode

Lets Start :

1. Switch on the USB Debugging option (Settings>Developer Options>USB Debugging)
2. Extract & open Odin in your computer.
3. Put your device in Download Mode by pressing Volume Down+Home Button+Power key all together for 4-5 secs & when the device vibrates, release the Power key but continue pressing the Volume Down+Home Button.
4. A Triangle with an Exclamatory icon will appear. Press Volume Up key to continue.
5. Now connect your device to computer via USB cable, In Odin you will see a message saying "Added".
6. Click on PDA & select CWM-Galaxy-Quattro.tar & make sure that all the options in Odin are un-check (Re-Partition, Auto Reboot, F. Reset Time, Flash Lock).
7. Now click on Start.
8. When the process is completed, a message would display in Odin saying "Res OK".
9. Now remove the USB from the device & switch off the device by removing the battery & putting it back. 
10. Now go to the Recovery mode by pressing Volume Up+Home Button+Power key all together for 4-5 secs & when the device vibrates, release the Power key but continue pressing the Volume Up+Home Button.

Thumbs Up (Y), you are in Recovery Mode ;)

Rooting

Note: There are two apps for rooting, namely: SuperSu & SuperUser. I recommend SuperSu & as SuperUser is not coming up with any updates. SuperSu app is included in the download package.

1. Go to the Recovery mode by pressing Volume Up+Home Button+Power key all together for 4-5 secs & when the device vibrates, release the Power key but continue pressing the Volume Up+Home Button.
2. Select the option "Update zip".
3. Choose the option "Apply update from SD Card".
4. Now select SuperSU-v1.80.zip & press YES to apply the update.
5. After completion click Reboot.

Holla!! You are Rooted Now ;)

Note: I have made an all in one Download file which includes CWM-Galaxy-Quattro.tar, Odin3-v1.85 & SuperSU-v1.80.zip So, now you don't have to download them individually ;)

Removing the Yellow Triangle from Boot Screen

Annoyed of having the yellow triangle on your Boot Screen :( But don't worry by the app Triangle Away by Chainfire developers you can get rid of it ;)

After installing TriangleAway-v3.10.apk ,open it & select the option "Reset flash counter" . Reboot your device & guess what? the unwanted Triangle is gone.Download : TriangleAway-v3.10.apk
